Starting our operation with two short-term rental apartments, we have grown to nine!
SIA TEMIC started offering short-term rental apartments to guests in 2017. At the beginning we offered 2 apartments – ”Family Garden Apartments” in street Atvaru 21, Riga. Over time, in 2020 we supplemented the offer with 4 more apartments: ”Green Garden & Parking Apartments” at street Altonavas 26, Riga and in 2021 we added 2 more apartments at the same address. We are pleased to announce that in 2022 we added a small Family Holiday House in street Tomatu 4, Riga! In total, the number of short-term rental accommodation we manage are nine!
